Mission and ministry have been happening at St. Pauls Presbyterian Church for over 213 years! Our congregation has weathered many storms and undergone significant transformations. Forward-thinking pioneers have celebrated our past while also launching new ventures of grace at the leading of God’s Holy Spirit. Prophetic leaders have allowed the Scriptures to “read” the people and the times, calling us to greater faithfulness, wider witness, and deeper sensitivity to peoples’ needs in Robeson County.
The head of St. Pauls Presbyterian Church is Jesus Christ. All people are welcome to be active members of Christ’s Body alongside us, fulfilling God’s mission in this community as discerning eyes, listening ears, hard-working hands, caring hearts, and feet carrying the good news to others, according to the gifts and talents God has given us. We embrace our unknown future, because God’s presence is leading us. We welcome newcomers with vision and creativity! The “saints” of St. Pauls have led the charge for generations. We remember and honor each and every one – past, present and future – who inspire us to love God with hearts, minds, souls and strength, and others as ourselves! Gloria a Dios! To God be the glory! Great things God continues to do at St. Pauls Presbyterian Church!
